‘Humans are built to move.’ This is instilled and used in all of our services at EJ Fitness but is something we can focus on individually in our Personal Training sessions. Combining this with strength & conditioning, exercise rehab and our knowledge & experience, you can ensure your personal requirements from training are realised & met.
Our personal training sessions are run out of our private facility in Llandilo. These sessions run for 30mins & 1hour. They can be done as a one on one or in a group setting of 2-4 people.
In our sessions you are required to turn up, and expected to work hard. If you have the GRIT & determination to work hard & want to succeed, we can help you push past your perceived physical and mental limitations.
We can assist you with the following focus areas:
- Athletic development
- Exercise rehab/muscle imbalances
- Strength & conditioning
- Coaching on development of lifts, squat, deadlift, presses etc
- Anyone willing to put in the work
