We value handwork & persistence. We do not care if you are an elite athlete or just a beginner, if you have the right attitude and are willing to put the hardwork in and be consistent we would love to train you.
Friday’s at Bootcamp are known as ‘Feel Good Friday’, Also known as FGF Class. Here we put a creative spin on Friday with team and partner workouts. Scores from the challenges get uploaded to our Facebook group page.
